If you’ve ordered from us recently, you might notice something a bit different in your next delivery. Two of our most popular toilet tissue ranges have had a packaging refresh.
Cushion Soft 2-Ply and Gentille Quilted 3-Ply now come in redesigned packs. The tissue inside is exactly the same, still soft, still strong, still the rolls you already trust. What’s changed is how the packs look on the outside. They’re brighter, clearer, and easier to spot, whether you’re stocking a cupboard at home or restocking a supply room at work.
What’s actually changed
Honestly, not much beyond the artwork. We haven’t touched the formulation, the ply count, or the sheet count on either range. This was simply a design refresh, so the packs are easier to tell apart at a glance and look a little more premium sitting on a shelf.
Cushion Soft 2-Ply Toilet Tissue
Cushion Soft’s new design leans into what the range does best: everyday comfort without the premium price tag. The rolls are still 2-ply, deco-embossed, and cushiony soft, built for daily use across the whole household. You’ll find the new look across all three pack sizes:

- 9 Pack
- 18 Pack
Gentille Quilted 3-Ply Toilet Tissue
Gentille Quilted has had the same treatment, and the new packaging gives the range a slightly more luxurious feel to match what’s inside. It’s still 3-ply, embossed, and built for softness and strength. You’ll see the new design across:

- 24 Pack
Both ranges are FSC certified, so nothing changes there either. You can keep buying with the same confidence that your tissue is sustainably sourced.
Say hello to the bunny
One thing you can’t miss on the new packs is the bunny. Cushion Soft’s design features a cuddly bunny mascot sat against the clouds, holding onto a little roll of tissue of its own. Gentille Quilted has its own bunny too, fitting in nicely with the softer, more premium feel of that range. It’s a small touch, but it gives both ranges an easy way to stand out on shelf.
Why bother redesigning the packaging at all
It might seem like a small thing, but when you’re scanning a shelf, or a product page, trying to find the right pack, small details matter. A clearer design just makes it quicker to spot the right product and pack size, whether you’re shopping for the house or placing a bulk order for work.
Nothing to worry about at checkout
If you spot the new packs sitting alongside the old design during the changeover, don’t worry, both contain exactly the same product. Stock is simply transitioning over as the older packaging sells through, so you may see a mix of old and new for a short while.
